A UW-Madison student and filmmaker, devoted to raising awareness about bullying, gets a huge compliment from Lady Gaga. The music video is set to Lady Gaga’s “Hair” song. Colton Boettcher made the video as a part of the “It Gets Better” project. The project lets bullied kids know things will get better in time.
